Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Cut-to-order items, including fabric, wool cuts, and custom cuts, are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
